Operation Noah Posted: 06/15/2007 02:21:06 PM The Kentucky Baptist Convention has joined Operation Noah Rebuild, a partnership between the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention and other faith-based organizations focused coordinating volunteers and materials to help rehabilitate homes and churches damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. Through Project Noah Rebuild, Kentucky Baptists hope to rehabilitate or rebuild 200 of the tens of thousands of homes that were destroyed in the heavily-damaged Orleans East area, and rebuild six Baptist churches.
