Tom provides leadership to the Creative Ministries Department. The department seeks to help Kentucky churches grasp the vision of creative arts as a ministry and evangelism tool. In pursuit of that goal, Tom plans special events, coordinates camps and SonTeams ministries, consults with churches on a variety of creative ministries concepts and recreational ministry tools and more.
