| Associational Development |
The New Work and Associational Missions Department promotes associational missions, assists each association in accomplishing its mission, and resources each associational director of missions.
In pursuit of these goals we:
- Interpret associational missions
- Provide associational administration consultations and information
- Provide associational strategy guidance
- Provide orientation for new associational directors of missions
- Train associational directors of missions search committees
- Provide information about revising associational constitutions/bylaws
- Assist associational directors of missions in establishing a network with other DOMs in Kentucky and beyond
- Provide prayer network leadership for Kentucky DOMs
- Develop a coaching network for DOMs
- Assist mountain associations with association DOM selection and placement
