LOUISVILLE – William Henard, president of the Kentucky Baptist Convention, has announced his appointments for committee chairmen. Each will serve for one year.
Henard, who was elected to a one-year term as president at the KBC’s annual meeting earlier this month, has appointed the following chairpersons of standing committees:
Farrell Isenberg, pastor, Crosspointe Baptist Church, Owensboro—Committee on Arrangements; John Mark Toby, pastor, Beacon Hill Baptist Church, Somerset—Committee on Committees; Ronny Raines, pastor, First Baptist Church, Cold Spring—Committee on Constitution and Bylaws; Floyd Paris, pastor, Unity Baptist Church, Ashland—Committee on Credentials; Adam Greenway, interim pastor, The Baptist Church at Andover, Lexington—Committee on Nominations; Skip Alexander, pastor, Campbellsville Baptist Church, Campbellsville—Committee on Order of Business; John Chowning, pastor, Saloma Baptist Church, Campbellsville—Committee on Public Affairs; and Russell Moore, member, Ninth and O Baptist Church, Louisville—Committee on Resolutions.
Henard also appointed the following chairpersons of mission board committees:
Darren Gaddis, pastor, Central Baptist Church, Corbin—Administrative; Chip Pendleton, pastor, Westport Road Baptist Church, Louisville—Agencies and Institutions; Jerry Tooley, DOM, Daviess-McLean Association, Owensboro—Business and Finance; Bennie Bush, pastor, Faith Baptist Church, Corbin—Church Development and Evangelism; Art Beasley, pastor, Central Baptist Church, Winchester—Leadership Development; Delores Spears, member, Lone Oak First Baptist Church, Paducah—Missions Growth; James Jones, pastor, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Campbellsville—Nominating; and Bill Wright, pastor, Main Street Baptist Church, Williamsburg—Resource Development and Communications.
