Michael Hendricks joined the staff in January of 2001. As LAN Administrator for the KBC, Michael is responsible to assist in the day-to-day operation of the local area network (LAN) by keeping up with the installation, maintenance, and usage of the company's network operation systems, PC operating systems, PCs, printers, print servers, modems, routers, etc. He is also responsible to respond to and diagnose technical problems through discussions with staff. Through his work, Michael helps keep our KBC staff equipped with the tools they need for their ministries.

Rick started with the Convention in 1996. His current responsibilities as Training and Development Specialist include collecting yearly statistical information, providing software training and support for the KBC staff and associated agencies, and working to develop and implement new strategies to help provide for the computer software needs of the Convention
