The team office provides resume assistance, benefits information, conflict management consultation, involuntary termination conferences, new minister services, personnel committee consultation, pulpit supply information and help for search committees. Women's ministry, senior adult ministry and marriage ministry are integral components of the team effort.
The Church Financial Benefits Department helps ministers, church staff members and denominational staff workers in their understanding and use of the retirement and insurance plans offered through GuideStone.
The Leadership Development Department's mission is to serve churches and their God-called leaders;improve the confidence, competencies and motivation of leaders, and to assist leaders in clarifying God's revealed vision.
The Worship/Music Department of the Kentucky Baptist Convention helps churches to use music effectively in their worship programs. |
