| Team Office & Departments |
 In addition to giving leadership and direction to the department directors, associates and support staff of each department, the Missions Growth Team office cooperates in missions promotion and activities with the North American Mission Board and Kentucky WMU, and supports ministry through chaplaincy, interracial cooperation in missions, and various other missions activities.
 The Baptist Men On Mission encourages men and their families to be "On Mission" Christians through missions education, lifestyle evangelism, resort and leisure ministries, and volunteer service.
 The New Work/Associational Missions Department assists Kentucky Baptists in planting churches and coordinating missions activities with associations.
 The Partnership Missions Department helps churches and individuals participate in hands-on missions in Kentucky and around the world.
Mission Service and Ministries is all about CONNECTING the people of Kentucky to Christ through missions and ministry. Christ is our focus and the connecting happens through Church & Community Ministries, Mission Service Corps, Direct Ministries, Literacy Missions and Prayer Strategies. Our desire is to assist associations, churches, community ministries, and individuals in sharing Christ by identifying and meeting needs, equipping believers, and distributing resources. |
