Executive Office Team The Executive Office Team coordinates the work of Convention committees, communicates to and about Kentucky Baptists, and maintains the historical archives. The executive director provides leadership for the professional staff of the KBC. Team Office & Departments Executive Team Office The Executive Office provides support for the Kentucky Baptist Convention Executive Board staff. Dr. Bill F. Mackey, the executive director, provides direction in staff development and planning with the assistance of Dr. Steve Thompson, executive associate. Archives The Kentucky Baptist Convention Archives serves as the repository for historical information about the work of the Convention, associations and churches. Communications Department The Communications Department provides marketing, public relations and audiovisual technical services for the churches and ministries of the Kentucky Baptist Convention.
