The Executive Office provides support for Convention committees, sets organizational direction, tells the story of how God is working thorugh the Cooperative Program and provides overall leadership for the Mission Board staff.

- Covenant Information
Original covenant agreements for all KBC agencies and institutions are on file and available for reference in the Executive Office.
- Credentials for Churches Seeking KBC Affiliation
Forms and materials for churches seeking affiliation with the Kentucky Baptist Convention are available through the Executive Office.
- Mission Board Records
Information regarding records, terms of office, and election processes of the Kentucky Baptist Convention is available through the Executive Office.
- KBC Representatives/Speakers
Executive Office staff work with Kentucky Baptist associations and churches to schedule KBC representatives for the annual meetings of the associations, anniversary celebrations and other events. Three to five months advance notice is suggested.
- Messenger Cards
Upon request, the Executive Office mails messenger cards to churches who will be sending representatives to the Southern Baptist Convention and/or the Kentucky Baptist Convention annual meeting.
- SBC Housing Forms
Housing request forms for the June meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention are available through the Executive Office.
