Rod is a graduate of Georgetown College and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has previously served churches in Columbus, Ohio, Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and Cincinnati, Ohio. Rod has served as pastor for worship/arts at Memorial Baptist Church, Frankfort since November of 2002.

Theodore O. (Tog) Goodson is Director of the Worship and Music Department of the Kentucky Baptist Convention in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He has served in the local church for over twenty years, most recently as the Worship Pastor at Valley View Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He has also served at other churches in Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida. Tog has taught in the public school system and has worked as an audio/video consultant. Tog and his wife Kathy have four children. A fun day for Tog is getting in the van with his family and going to the amusement park.

Roxanne began working part-time as Preschool/Children's Music Consultant in the Church Music Department in September of 1999. In addition to serving as a resource person to Preschool/Children's Choir leadership across the state, she also coordinates the Kentucky Baptist All-State Children's Choir and the Kentucky Baptist Women's Chorale. Roxanne also serves as Minister of Music and Senior Adults at First Baptist Church in Brandenburg.

Marc Richey, Adult Music Consultant for the KBC, has some 25 years ministry service in churches across the United States. He is also the Music Technology Manager for the School of Church Music & Worship at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His heart's calling and goal is to equip and enable; to teach and train; to challenge Christians to use their abilities, their talents, and their resources, moreover, to use their availability to share the gospel of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit in every walk of life.

Greg is serving as part-time Instrumental Music/Handbell Consultant. His responsibilities include planning and coordinating the State Handbell Festival, State Instrumental Workshop, All-State Youth Orchestra, and the Kentucky Baptist Wind Orchestra, as well as serving as a resource for Kentucky Baptist musicians. Greg is currently a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Worship.

Jason began serving as the part-time Youth Music Consultant in September of 2008. He hails from the Metro Atlanta area and has served churches in Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Kentucky for over 18 years in both musical and pastoral leadership. He and his wife, Stephanie, have two beautiful children, Evan and Ashlan. Jason holds a BA in Music from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Divinity in Church Music from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason currently serves as Minster of Music and Worship at Shively Baptist Church and teaches as an adjunct faculty member for Boyce College.
