| Church Development Strategists |
The Mission Study Committee Report adopted by Kentucky Baptists in 2003 called for four regionally-based Church Development Strategists to serve the state. These four regional strategists' essential functions are:
- To network, resource, and encourage Kentucky Baptist Churches in development and evangelism and represent Mission Board ministries.
- To work with Directors of Missions in the specific regions to develop strategic processes for assisting the churches in fulfilling their God given mission.
- Assist churches with church development in a consulting process.
- Be a resource person concerning the dynamics, demographics, and specific needs of the region assigned.

Glen serves as church development strategist for north central Kentucky. He serves the Northern Kentucky, Ten Mile, Whites Run, Henry county, Owen, Crittenden, Union, Bracken, Greenup, Franklin, Elkhorn, Anderson, Mercer, South District, Tates Creek and Boone's Creek associations.

Mike is the church development strategist for the south eastern region of Kentucky. He serves the Red River, Enterprise, Pike, Casey County, Lincoln county, Rockcastle, Irvine, Russell County, Pulaski County, Laurel River, Booneville, Three Forks, Freedom, Wayne County, McCreary County, South Union-Mt. Zion, East Union, Knox, Bell County, and Upper Cumberland associations.

Ronnie serves as church development strategist for western Kentucky. He serves the West Kentucky, West Union, Graves County, Blood River, Ohio River, Caldwell Lyon, Little River, Ohio Valley, Green Valley, Little Bethel, Christian County, Davies-McLean and Muhlenburg associations.

Alan works with churches to foster increasing levels of health and growth through coaching, consulting, training, and networking. Alan helps churches to develop healthy stewardship strategies and gives direction to the Challenge to Build Program.
